 What if I want to go to the same room with a friend?

Both you and your friend have to make payment and complete the registration processes on the website. Afterwards, you click on the WhatsApp badge in the bottom right corner on the webpage and send the names of the people you want to be in the same room with , including yours.

Can I get a single room?

Single rooms are not available. However, if you insist on having a room to yourself, you can pay for all the bed spaces in a specific room type.

Do I need to purchase a registration form for the hostel?

No, at Frontline Hostel, there are no registration form fees. You do not need to pay for any form.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind after paying for a hostel reservation?

Yes, you can get a full refund within 5 days of payment. After 5 days, a 20% administrative fee will be deducted, so you’ll receive 80% of your payment. No refunds are available within one month before the school term starts; you would need to sell your bed space to another student to recover your money.
