Follow these three simple steps to secure your bed space. Read carefully before making any payment.

100% of your hostel fees must be paid to secure a bed space. Any payment made after the academic year begins may not be acknowledged.

Payment

Review the list of available rooms and the residency agreement, then make full payment at the bank using your full name and phone number, or via the USSD code below.

Paying into the hostel's account signifies your acceptance of the residency agreement.

Important: Your payment will only be processed if the full amount of your desired room fee is paid in full.

Registration

Fill the registration form and upload a picture of your bank pay-in slip or screenshot of the transaction details, together with a picture of your ID card.

A confirmation email will be sent to you after registration.

NB: Should an overpayment occur on a full payment, refunds of the excess amount will attract a 80% processing charge on the difference.This measure helps ensure that the amount paid reflects the actual fees due.

Official Receipt

Present a valid photocopy of your KNUST student ID card to the hostel admin, together with your bank pay-in slip, on the first day of reporting.
