To secure a room, simply visit our website and complete the booking process by making a full payment and registering on the website. Once your payment is confirmed, your room is reserved in your name.

Yes. You can make a part-payment to reserve your bed space, then settle the balance before you move in. Reservations are held on a first-paid basis, so paying early secures your spot during busy periods.However you need to understand that a bed space is only fully secured upon receipt of full payment.

Two days before school officially resumes for continuing students.

If you'd like to share a room with a friend, both of you must complete the registration and payment individually on the website. When filling out your registration forms, make sure you each select the same room so you're assigned together.

Single rooms are not offered as standard. However, if you would like a room to yourself, you can pay for all the bed spaces in a given room type to reserve the whole room.

No. There are no registration form fees at Frontline Hostel. You do not pay for any form — registration is completed online for free.

Yes — a full refund is available within 5 days of payment. After 5 days, a 20% administrative fee applies, so you receive 80% of your payment. No refunds are available within one month before the term starts; in that case you would resell your bed space to another student to recover your money.

We have a dedicated Top-Up section on our website for follow-up payments. Simply:

1. Go to the Top-Up section under the registration form
2. Enter the amount you are paying
3. Make your payment
4. Upload your payment receipt

Your payment will be recorded and your balance updated accordingly.
