REGISTRATION  GUIDELINES

100% of your current hostel fees is to be paid to secure bed space. Any payment made after the commencement of the academic may not be acknowledged

STEP 1: PAYMENT

Please review the list of available rooms and residency agreement , make full payment at the bank using your full name and phone number or the ussd code

Paying into the hostel’s account signifies your acceptance of the hostel’s residency agreement.

A bill Prompt will be sent to you to approve.

You’ll receive an SMS from Frontline with a link to view your complete receipt details.

Your payment will only be processed in due time only  if the full amount of your desired room fees is paid in full . 

STEP 2: REGISTRATION 

 Fill the registration form at the bottom of this page  & upload picture of your bank pay-in slip/Screenshot  of transaction details , together with a picture of your ID card   

A confirmation email will be sent to your email after registration.

NB:Any Refund as a result of not making a full payment will also result in a 10% charge of the amount to be refunded.

STEP 3: OFFICIAL RECEIPT

Present a valid photocopy of your Knust student ID card to the hostel admin together  with your bank pay-in slip on the first day of reportin
